Connect your work mailbox

Right Hand reads your work email and turns it into action: what needs you, the task and owner for each, and the work tracked until it is done. This is where you give it read-only access.

Read-only: It can’t send, delete, move or change any email.
Your mailbox: Only the account you sign in with. Nobody at your company sees it through Right Hand.
Reviewed: Your access is stored but not used until the SaarthiOS team approves your request.
Your choice: Disconnect any time, here or in your Microsoft or Google account.

Use your work email. Personal Outlook.com and similar accounts aren’t supported. Already started? Continue with your work email.

For IT teams. Each person connects only their own mailbox. If your company requires admin approval, the person gets a link for you that explains the permissions (User.Read, Mail.Read, offline_access) and opens Microsoft’s own approval screen; for Google Workspace it shows how to mark SaarthiOS as Trusted (gmail.readonly).
